We make sea salt directly from Cape Cod harvested seawater, maple syrup from from the sap of American sugar maples, and other seasonal wild handcrafted foods.

We collaborate with science, nature, and community to bring you the best natural salt and sugar products.

Monomoit is the original name for Chatham, Cape Cod—derived from the name given to the area by its original inhabitants, the Monomoiag. This was where we began making sea salt in 2013, in the backyard of a house that had been in our family for many generations.
