Monomoit Wild: What we do

We make sea salt directly from local Cape Cod harvested seawater (Chatham and Falmouth). We make maple syrup every year from the sap of American sugar maples. And, when in season, we also craft products from wild-foraged local fruits and mushrooms. 

 

Monomoit is the original name for Chatham, Cape Cod—derived from the original name given by its inhabitants, the Monomoag people. This was where we began making sea salt in 2013.
